These plants use some of the latest in CNC, semi-automatic, and automatic manufacturing processes to produce quality ROPS and cab products, that arrive, just when you need them. And, we employ and ISO 9000 based quality system to ensure our products are manufactured to exacting standards every time. 

Saf-T-Cab engineered solutions are designed for manufacturability, integrating all of the core strengths within our organization. This concept of designing for assembly delivers competitive, brilliant ROPS and cab products that in turn enhance your bottom line.

Saf-T-Cab maintains state-of-the-art engineering and performance testing facilities at our headquarters in Fresno, California. Here we design every structure to meet SAE, ASAE, ISO, ANSI, and other applicable standards. We utilize 3D solid modeling to generate a near perfect structure. Then complex Finite Element Analysis tools are used to refine the final model. 

Upon completion of an engineered design, Saf-T-Cab manufactures a prototype for performance testing purposes. This prototype is tested physically, to applicable standards, providing data characteristics of how the structure will perform in real world circumstances. All this information is then incorporated into the final Saf-T-Cab product, furnishing you the assurance of a professionally designed and cost efficient ROPS or cab solution.
